Returns and refunds

At Bridal Veils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your veil, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

  • Eligibility for Returns:


To be eligible for a return, the veil must be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
All our veils are made to order therefore we only except returns on defective veils or if there is an error on our part, not when the incorrect size, colour or style is ordered.

  • Initiation of Return:


If you wish to return your veil, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
You will be required to provide the order details, including the order number and reason for the return.

  • Return Authorization:


Upon receiving your return request, we will assess your eligibility for return and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please include this RA number on the return package for smooth processing.

  • Return Shipping:


The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the veil, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit.

  • Refund Process:


Once we receive the returned veil and verify its eligibility, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges incurred.
Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Items:


Customized veils, including those with specific alterations or personalizations, are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Any items that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated in Section 1 will not be accepted for return.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective veil, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

  • Exchanges:


Unfortunately, we are unable to process direct exchanges for veils. If you wish to exchange your veil for a different style, color, or size, you will need to initiate a return as per this policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Please note that this returns and refunds policy applies specifically to veils purchased from Bridal Veils and may differ from other products or services. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time, and any updates will be reflected on our website.
